SPICY POTOTOES

INGREDIENTS:
1.Boiled potatoes-2 large
2.Fennel seeds-1 tsp
3.Cumin seeds-1 tsp
4.Mustard seeds-1 tsp
5.Corrinder seeds-1tsp
6.Corrinder powder-1 tsp
7.Dry mango powder-1 tsp
8.Garam masala-1 tsp
9.Green chillies-Acc to taste
10.Turmeric powder-1 tsp
11.Chopped cilantro
12.Red chilli powder-Acc to taste
13. Salt- Acc to taste
14.Oil-2 tbsp
METHOD:
1.Cut pototoes into big chunks.
2.Put oil in a pan.
3.Add cumin seeds,Corrinder seeds add green chillies.
4.Add fennel seeds,mustard seeds wait for 1 sec.
5.Add corrinder powder,Garam masala,Mango powder,Red chilli powder,turmeric powder
6.Wait for 2 sec and add pototoes.Mix it well.
7.Cook it for 3 min.
8.Add salt.
9.Ready to eat.Garnish with chopped cilantro and Cut Roma tomato into half and garnish.

MASALA MUSHROOM

INGRIDIENTS
1.Mushroom-1 lb(500 gms)
2.Onion-1 large
3.Garlic-2 cloves
4.Ginger-small root
5.Tomatoes-2large roma(any)
6.Chrushed tomatoes/tomato puree(1 table spoon)
7.Garam masala-1 tsp
8.Fennel seeds-1 tsp
9.Corrinder powder-1 tsp
10 Chilli powder-as per the taste.
11.Turmeric powder-1 tsp
12.Salt to taste
11.Oil for cooking-2 tablespoon
12.Cillantro/corrinder leaves for garnish

METHOD
1.Cut mushroom into small chunks.
2.Chopped onion,tomatoes,garlic and ginger.
3.Put 1/2 spoon oil in vessel.Add mushroom and cook it until it will dry. keep it seperate.
4.Add 1 1/2 spoon of oil wait until the oil will hot and add fennel seeds.let it wait and then add Ginger,chopped garlic,and chopped onion.
5.Cook it until the onion will be brown in color.
6.Add tomatoes cook the tomotoes until it will be cooked.
7.Add 1 tsp tomato puree/crushed tomatoes.cook it for 1 min
8.Add corrinder powder,Garam masala,chilli,turmeric powder.Cook all the masala for 1 min.
9.Add the mushroom and mix the masala and mushoom very well.Let it cook for another 1 min
10.Add salt.
11.Add some chopped corrinder leaves for garnish.
12.Serve with chapatis or Rice for sides.
