CHICKEN CURRY
PREPARATION TIME- 45 min

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast-1lb
Onion-1 1/2(large)
Garlic-3 cloves
Ginger-small root
Tomatoes-2 Roma(Any)
Crushed tomatoes(1/4 cup)
Curry leaves- 4-5
Green chilies-2
Cumin seed-1 tsp
Black peper-5
Cinnamon stick-1
Turmeric powder-1tps
Garam masala(optional) 1tsp
Chicken curry masala -1 tsp(Any Brand)
Cilantro-For garnishsalt-Acc to taste
Oil-3 tbsp

Chicken marinate
Time-30 minutes
1.Cut chicken into small pieces.
2.Add yogurt(2 tpsp).Mix it well
3.Add little turmeric
4.Little black peper powder
5-Pinch of basil leaves(dry leaves)

Method
1.Put oil in pressure cooker.
2-Add cumin seed,black peper, cinnamon stick,curry leaves,toast it for some time.
3.Add chopped ginger/ginger paste.
4.Add chopped garlic/garlic paste
5.Add green chilies.
6.Add chopped onion.Wait till the onion will be transparent in colour or slightly brown in colour
7.Add chopped tomatoes.Wait till the tomatoes will be soft and mashed it nicely.
8.Add crushed tomatoes.Wait for 5 min and oil will be seperated from tomaotes.
9.Add chicken curry masala and turmeric powder.Leave it for another 3 min10.Add salt according to your taste
10.Once the masala is ready.Then add madinated chicken.Leave it for another 5 min. So the masala will go inside the chicken.
11.Then add 1(small) glass of water.
12.Closed the pressure cooker lid and wait for 1 whistle.
13.It is ready to eat with Chapatis as well as with Rice
14.Garnish with chopped cilatro.
